Hello October!

A lot of important events for me were bundled on this month, which is the fall/autumn season for the east siders in reference to my grid. So, I'm taking my cue on the newest trend for the season - floral fall. Take Amal Alammudin for instance on her post-wedding floral lace dress.

Very far low from that zone is my own version. Haha! Anyway, when I first laid my eyes and got the full sight of this organza pleated skirt was some months ago through a pretty online shop owner in IG (@lookfabforless) and delivered to my home, nicely packed with an Eiffel Tower print on its wrapper. How I instantly imagined that I'm really booked to Paris and would love to wear this beauty there! That's not all this skirt did to me. It also warped me into another timezone. I felt like I'm in the 60's, 70's era. And its voluminous structure is very princessy, too. Right?

So, it's a little huge challenge for myself to find the where and when I would wear such fine piece of cloth without overdoing it nor undermining its worth. Yes, it's sayang (waste) to spend much on clothes and left it just hanging on your rack forever.

The right occasion just popped up and almost themed to my outfit (which I'm going to post soon, as promised.) I hope you're reading this. *wink

And there I was looking like I'm going to a ball...on a daylight. Some heads were turning with quizzical looks. Who cares? I even got a wow clap from my girl fans (the house helpers when they first saw my getup). Lol! Well, I didn't imagine when I ordered this skirt that it will/can transform someone like me into some...lady. For one, I don't want to waste my money for buying it and not trying to make it simple and wearable on any given day. So, you can imagine how I'll look like in the market one of these ordinary days. Hahahaha! I hope this city is immune to somebody like me - still into fashion way past her teens and 20's. Which reminds me my reason #2. Better now than later when it's look like it won't fit on my waistline anymore. Eeeek! Nyahahaha!

Hope you like it. Let me hear your thoughts.
