Jeju is Korea's Natural Island Wonder. The island is surrounded with indigo seas and charming landscapes and the attractions around it are just too many to take in everything in two days. But if you only have a weekend to stay, I think you'll still create happy memories like our two days of stay (Itinerary shared HERE). There are popular attractions on it that you needn't pay anything and the best part of it is having a great time with your family or group of friends while enjoying the wonderful scenery. Yes, best things in this world are still for free!

Here's my special treat for those who followed this story to the very last. I'm sharing our photo diary for the four spots in Jeju that are free of admission and we've only payed for the transportation. Nonetheless, the memories we made are still priceless. Enjoy!

At the O'sullock Tea House Musuem. The island is blessed with best climate to produce the popular seollok green tea.

The musuem building gives us the the educational experience while we had our relaxing treat at the farm.

And you can have some sweets plus tea to their tasting area. On a cold weather like theirs, it is fitting to have tea in so many times a day.
Another special site we visited is one of  Jeju's Buddhist temple - the Yakchunsa Temple which was built as a memorial tower to honor the victims of the Sino-Japanese War of 1937 and to remind them of world peace.

Noticeable to this island is the grandfather's stone or Dolhareubang which is present to most of the attractions we've been to. It became a symbol of the place. Sometimes, they look serious. Sometimes they look funny.

An amazing rock at Seougwipo City, 10 meters in circumference and 20 meters in height was the next day's interesting destination that we had for free. It is also a famous filming location.

Feeling like film stars! Haha.

The other famous landscape we went to was Mt. Hallasan. The weather was so bad when we were there that we can't climb this World Heritage site which is at the center of the island and is 1,950 meters above sea level.

"Mt. Hallasan is well known for its vertical ecosystem, ranging from temperate- to cold- climate areas. The well-designed hiking trails allow mountain climbers to observe variations of the mountain’s ecosystem, which comprises 1,800 kinds of plants and 4,000 species of animals." - Official Korean Tourism website
All the same, we had our beautiful take of the scenery no matter what. And significance of the spots and beauty of the land made me see how Jeju has established its own unique charm and popularity among tourists.

Breathtaking views, educational museums, and good dose of laughter with good friends and loved ones are all you need to enjoy Jeju.

I hope you had fun in reading this part and all the other stories before this.

Tell me, what are your priceless take away from this island?
